materials. A critical aspect of design for any high end home.

Project Consultants
Creating a quality remodel design is not a simple task. We must take into account
the homes existing layout, structural conditions, zoning/building code requirements, your wish list, and
your budget, put them all together and create a solution that is the perfect fit. A Charco Project Consultant
will listen to your ideas and concerns, working with you as a team for your custom remodel.
Chuck, Armando, Katie, Kristel or Deborah will help you to re-think the project and look at
options you may not have considered before. Your consultant will advise you on how to save money in certain
areas of the project and where additional dollars could be spent to add excitement and accents that will make
your home something really special.
Once the right design solution is conceived, the specific details of the job must be
clarified. A successful remodel project must have a clear definition of the work being done. When a Construction
Agreement is prepared your Consultant will accurately document in writing the different materials being used and
detailing exactly the scope of the work on your project. This gives you the peace of mind of knowing exactly what
you're buying. |

and a passion for architecture make Katie an asset to Charco's design division. Whether she's meeting with clients or
preparing drawings, Katie is dedicated to solving every design problem until our clients have a successful finished
project.

of people in the place that is most precious to them: the home."

Superintendents
Charco is proud to employ some of the best remodeling Superintendents in San Diego County. Kip
and Juan understand the many aspects of a successful remodel project. It is their job to transform your
comfortable home into a construction site, coordinating material deliveries, various workmen, debris removal, and
building inspections, all while you quietly enjoy a double latte, not even realizing that we're there!
Actually, going through a remodel can be disruptive to your schedule and intrusive on your privacy.
Our Superintendents will take the time to keep you informed of what work is scheduled, protect your property from damage,
and organize the project for a speedy completion. They also make sure the job area is cleaned daily and materials kept
orderly for the safety of your family. We understand that we are working in your home. Your peace of mind knowing your
family is comfortable and safe is very important to us.
